Nikon have today announced the all new D700 digital SLR camera, their second FX (full frame) sensor camera. With a launch price of just £1999.99 it is aimed at the advanced amateur as well as the proffesional tog. Based mainly on the superb D300 (I've got to say that, as I bought one!) with a few tweaks from the D£, and sporting the same 12.1mp sensor as the D3, it does, as Nikon claim, fit nicely in between the two existing models (D3 and D300). The next stage of the KWT Roadshow, This is Your Wildlife will be taking place this coming weekend 21/22nd June at the Pegwell Bay Country Park. This reserve is part of the Kent Coast Ramsar site and designated an SSSI. |

The first 'This is your Wildlife' event, celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Kent Wildlife Trust, took place over the weekend and despite having to suffer scorching temperatures, glorious sunshine and a magnificent display of orchids, the event went off rather well! |
